📦 Processing & Handling Times

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days.
  • Peak Seasons: Processing may extend to 3–4 business days due to high order volume.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day.
  • No processing on weekends or public holidays.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Because perfumes contain alcohol, they are classified as hazardous materials, which may limit air transport.
  • HAZMAT Standard Ground Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days.
  • Some carriers may require ground-only shipping for fragrance products.

💰 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
  • Free Shipping may be offered on orders above a specified amount of $100 not including sales tax.

🛍️ In‑Store Pickup

  • Free in‑store pickup is NOT available.

🔎 Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
